Josh Fricks helps business owners plan ahead, whether that means lowering this year's tax bill, restructuring for growth, or preparing to buy, sell, or hand off a company. As a Tax & Advisory partner at RYBD Advisors & Accountants, he specializes in proactive tax planning, tax structure optimization, mergers and acquisitions, and succession and exit planning for growing businesses.


Josh joined RYBD in 2018 and grew with the firm, moving from senior accountant to tax manager before being named partner in 2025. Along the way, he played a key role in building out RYBD's advisory services. He earned his BBA in Accounting from the University of North Georgia and is a member of the AICPA and the Georgia Society of CPAs.


Josh is a member of the Leadership Gwinnett Class of 2027. He lives in Buford, is an active member of Ivy Creek Baptist Church, and is a loyal Clemson fan.
