Pam earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Georgia. She has extensive experience in compilation, review and audit services for a wide range of small businesses. She also has extensive experience in the areas of individual and small business tax planning and compliance. Pam is a member of both the American Institute of CPAs and the Georgia Society of CPAs.
Pam and her husband, Kenny, are members of Sugarloaf United Methodist Church. They enjoy traveling, playing tennis and spending time with their two active teenagers.
JOHN H. BINGEMAN, CPA E-mail
John holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University. He advises clients regularly with respect to the design, implementation and operation of defined contribution, profit sharing, 401(k), employee stock ownership executive compensation and other types of deferred compensation plans. He is a member of the Georgia Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs.
John enjoys following Penn State football, cycling, and traveling to quiet beaches. He has two grown daughters and currently resides in Tucker with his wife, Sue.
PATSY D. EVANS, CPA E-mail
Patsy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Alabama. She has over 20 years of professional accounting experience. Prior to joining the firm in May, 2005, Patsy worked with Ernst & Young for 10 years, serving clients in both Audit and Tax practices as well as managing several national tax projects. She focuses on serving clients with professional service firms, including both legal and medical practices. Patsy is currently pursuing the Certified Financial Planner designation through coursework at the University of Georgia.
In her spare time, Patsy enjoys playing tennis, gardening, playing the piano, and singing in the choir at Snellville United Methodist Church.
SARAH E. FISHER E-mail
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Spanish from Wofford College in Spartanburg, SC. She has experience in general accounting services in addition to individual and business tax services. She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and Young CPAs chapter of the Georgia Society of CPAs.
Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband, attending Perimeter Church, chatting with friends over coffee, running, hiking, and occasionally fishing.
SHAWN M. HALE, CPA E-mail
Shawn earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from North Georgia College. She provides a wide range of accounting services, focusing on individual and small business taxation and compliance, as well as compilations, reviews, and audits. She is actively involved in the Georgia Society of CPAs, serving on a number of committees and task forces, and is a past president for the Gwinnett Chapter. She is a graduate of the GSCPA Leadership Academy, and she has volunteered through the Society for both Junior Achievement and the Muscular Dystrophy Foundation. She is also a member of the American Institute of CPAs and currently works with them as a member of the GSCPA Ethics Committee.
Her spare time is focused on her family. She is actively involved with the PTO and with her children's extracurricular activities.

Carol practices in the areas of small business tax planning and compliance as well as individual, estate and retirement plan taxation. RANDALL G. OLSEN, CPA E-mail
Randy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida and a Master of Business Administration from Kennesaw State University. He practices in the areas of small business tax planning and compliance as well as providing general accounting services. Randy is a member of the Georgia Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs.
Randy and his wife live in Gainesville. He enjoys hiking in the North Georgia mountains and spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren.
ANDREW C. POURCHIER, CPA E-mail
Andrew earned a Master of Accountancy degree from Kennesaw State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Georgia. Andrew has worked in the public and private sector, including time with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he focused on financial audits for SEC registered companies. He practices in the areas of individual and small business taxation and compliance, as well as, providing general accounting services. Andrew has extensive experience in compilations, reviews, and audits. Andrew is a member of the Georgia Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs.
Andrew, his wife, and two small children reside in the Snellville area. He enjoys spending time with family, traveling to the mountains or the beach, and coaching and playing soccer.
MARGARET D. "MICKEY" WILDER, CPA E-mail
Mickey earned a Master of Accountancy degree from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration (with an emphasis in accounting) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Mickey concentrates in tax planning and compliance for individuals and small businesses as well as estate tax planning. She is a member of the Georgia Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs.
Mickey retired after working in accounting for over 30 years but she still maintains a small group of clients and continues to work with attorneys and their clients. Mickey resides in Athens with her husband, Hoke. Her interests include extended trips to the beach, sailing in the Carribbean, spending time with their horses, Cricket and Sterling, tailgating with family and friends and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs! If that wasn't enough, Mickey finds time to volunteer for local service boards and charity events, and dons her "Parrot Head" attire at Jimmy Buffet concerts.
